Valhalla Vault is a brand name and brand entity belonging to Be a Part AB.

Be a Part AB is the controller, and as such operates two website domains:
Each domain are separate digital entities, hosted on different servers.
What personal data do we process and why?
We collect personal data for two purposes:
1. In relation to our marketing activities and offers.
2. In relation to our online courses.
1. In relation to our marketing activities and offers we collect your name, and e-mail. This personal data has been collected from you in connection to (i) you becoming our client (if you are a client), (ii) you coming in contact with us in another way, or (iii) you expressing a wish to receive invitations/newsletters from us.
We process your personal data to communicate with you and to send marketing to you. This communication comprises of a newsletter and information about us, our offers and invitations to our courses and online seminars and offline events. When and if we send this information we do so on the basis of a balance of interest and Be a Part AB’s legitimate interest to maintain a business relation with you and to you in your professional capacity regarding information we believe is in your interest.*

If you have given your consent to our processing, we will instead process your personal data for the above purposes and electronic marketing communications based on your consent.
Be a Part AB processes your personal data with the assistance of an IT-provider who act as data processors on our behalf. We rely on data processing agreements provided by our processor, as bespoke agreements are not feasible.
If you have signed up for our newsletter and emailed us via the domain beapart.com your email will be processed by wix.com. Here is the link to Wix’s privacy policy.
Also note that wix.om is the Content Management System (CMS) for the beapart.com domain.
2. In relation to our online courses, and as part of the registration process for our online courses, Be a part AB collects your email, name, company name (optional), and payment information. This information is necessary for us to fulfil our contractual obligations to you, including providing you with access to the course and managing your account. Additionally, we may use your email address to send you promotional information about similar courses or services. You have the right to opt out of receiving such communications at any time, and an opt-out link is provided in every marketing email.
The courses are part of the Valhalla Vault brand. And acessed through the domain valhalla-vault.com, which is hosted on one.com a Danish legal entity, and thereby in the EU/EES.
Be a Part AB relies on the following IT providers, acting as data processors, to handle your personal data securely and efficiently:
- Qlickmeet: Serves as Valhalla-Vault’s CRM system and cloud-based online course tool. Qlickmeet is based in Poland, an EU-based legal entity, ensuring compliance with EU data protection standards. This is our data processing agreement with them. For more information on their privacy and security practicies, please see their Privacy Policy and security certification page.
- Stripe: Handles all payment processing services. Stripe is a globally recognized payment service provider, known for its robust security measures and compliance with international data protection regulations, including GDPR. More details can be found at Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
How long do we process and stor your data?
If you have given your consent, we process your personal data until you have withdrawn your consent. You can easily withdraw your consent by pressing the link “unsubscribe” which is included in most electronic communications from us.
If you have not give your consent, we process your information as long as you have or your employer or contractor has a business relationship with us and for fifteen months thereafter.
You can always, at any time, unsubscribe from receiving mailings from us. If you choose to unsubscribe, we will immediately terminate our processing of your personal data for marketing purposes.

Be a Part AB is the controller and thus responsible for any processing of your personal data through the use of cookies and other online tracking technology when you visit beapart.com and valhalla-vault.com.
